The assessment tool touches over 400+ touch points covering Flow, Quality, Asset Management, Safety, People Development, and the ability to manage and steer change
Most importantly the assessment leads to an improvement roadmap; which can trigger your improvement initiatives

The assessment is typically completed over a tight five days cycle on-site along with some data being sought and processed before the onsite visit for completion of the assessment.
