First National Convention on Operational Excellence – IndiZEN2010

90s was the decade of quality revolution in India.

By the end of 90s, the gains in quality paved the path for Operational Excellence (OE). In 2010 India celebrates 10 years of its tryst with Operational Excellence. The Kaizen Institute and Indian industrial houses have been the torch bearers of this OE transformation, along with institutions like CII,NPC and now NMCC.

2010 is also Kaizen Institute’s 10th anniversary in India INDIZEN ‘2010 is being hosted to mark this milestone.
